Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 base salary + performance-based settlement commissions up to 6.5% per case, offering significant earning potential beyond base compensation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage cases from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Appear in court and participate in hearings
  • Work directly with clients and contribute to case strategy
  • Gain hands-on trial preparation and litigation experience

What We're Looking For

  • Active California Bar membership
  • 1-7 years of litigation experience
  • Employment law experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
  • Desire to grow as a trial attorney
